| found out today... that bush n kerry are related.
apparently 9th cousins of some kind. basically, they had the same great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather. which is kinda cool i guess...
bah, ill copy n paste bits of the article. =) http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/03/04/politics/main604163.shtml
"President George W. Bush and Sen. John Kerry are related. Well, sort of. They're ninth cousins, twice removed. So what's a little competition between family? The two presidential contenders also share a widely known common relative, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, who is the ninth cousin of both men (the number nine is a coincidence). Twice removed from Mr. Bush, Hefner is a slightly closer relation to Kerry, only once removed. "
blah blah blah... some more technicalities... then...
"Through the same lineage, both men are linked to Gen. Douglas MacArthur and President Franklin D. Roosevelt; even infamous traitor Benedict Arnold and attempted presidential assassin John Hinckley Jr., have thick enough blue-blood roots to call themselves relations. The two candidates also have very distant links to Princess Diana and President George Washington"
small small world. isn't it? I wonder who i'm related to. =)
and to think the two of them have been exchanging insults back n forth for the past few days.

| Taipei - a 'relaxing' activity, which makes your eyes throb later.
Also, a cure for boredom, if anyone really does get bored. I know I do,
and I still manage to finish my hwk (thank you =)) Don't ask me how. I
don't know.
For all of those bored ppl who wish to challenge my time, it's about 1:22.

Just click "battlefield". That's the mode i play in =)
I watched the Elton John concert a while ago. My mom was in awe of the
swift, effortless movements of his fingers gliding along the keyboard
like nobody's business, while my brother busied himeself by counting
the number of guitars the guitarist had (15 in total)... and counted
that Elton John changed his sunglasses 6 times, while messaging some
girl on his cell. I wonder if he's got a crush. Then again, none of my
business and I don't actually care.
My sister, oblivious to the literally heart-throbbing music, was asleep.
I, was just trynna figure out what he was singing. I'm not a fan, you see.
Then at the end of the concert, everyone starts swaying, and dancing...
and my bro n i just sit there in embarassment. My sister... is still
asleep.
Finally, at the end, EJ plays two songs, that i actually KNOW! (Your
Song [Moulin Rouge] and Circle Of Life [Lion King]). horray =).
But I'll be competely honest. He did put on a good show. He played and
sang for 3 hrs straight, non stop... even though he was so obviously
sick. He blew his nose (before one song), and coughed a couple of times
(not while he was singing, but while he was still playing the piano).
Poor guy.
Apparently, one teacher, Ms Harrison, was one of the dancers at a private function he was asked to play for... hm.
